A Study On The Hadiths Whic Were Mentioned By al-Bukhârî In His Defence Of al-Khabar al-Vâhid/el-Buhârî'nin Haberu'l-Vâhid Savunusunda Kullandığı Hadislerin Hucciyyeti Üzerine Bir İnceleme

This study is aiming to analyze al-Bukharr's approach to some hadiths as proofs for defending the transmission of as ing le person!al-khabar al-vahid asa juridical argument in religious issues especially connected with practical ones not with faith. al-Bukhtirf the exeellence of the people of hadeeth who is the compiler of the most famous work among the hadith collections have divided a chapter by the name of Kittibu akhbar al-tihtid in his monumental work al-Jami'al-Sahfh and mentioned some Quranic verses and hadiths . as proofs to prove transmission of a single person!al-khabar al-vahid as the evidence in practical/amalr issues.
