About this dataset:
This dataset contains the thalamus microcircuit published through the preprint
Reconstruction and simulation of thalamoreticular microcircuitry
The thalamus_microcircuit.zip dataset contains circuit files in SONATA format allowing to access the thalamus microcircuit using the Python library Blue Brain SNAP. Once downloaded, the circuit files can be used to analyze its properties, using e.g. these Blue Brain SNAP notebooks.
