Combined perforation of the duodenum and small intestine with ulcer disease

A scientific study of a surgical case of simultaneous perforation of the duodenum and small intestine was carried out. Such observations in emergency surgery are extremely rare. Literary and archival sources indicate that such cases are rare in the history of medicine, and the description of perforations is insufficient.
