LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE SPECIFICITY OF TRANSACTIONS WITH SECURITIES IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

In this article, the author analyzes the special scientific literature and current regulations devoted to the study of the nature of the right to all types of securities, paying special attention to the moment of the emergence of the right to securities, as well as the order of the emergence of the right to securities in accordance with current Russian legislation governing all civil law relations related to securities. A brief analysis of legislative and theoretical and legal provisions is carried out. As well as the law enforcement practice of the judiciary, the publication discusses the legal aspects of the specifics of transactions with securities in the current conditions of the development of the Russian state. The characteristics of the factors influencing the formation of civil law relations that develop when making transactions in the securities market are given. Separately, the author dwells on the most important legal aspects of the specifics of the conclusion of transactions with securities. In conclusion, it should be noted that taking into account the above features of transactions with securities certainly contributes to the observance of the legality and validity of the actions of their subjects.
