Critical Making Participatory Gender Actions

This document describes the co-creation process of a series of measures towards more gender-inclusive maker spaces and maker practices. 12 representatives from the world-wide maker communities participated in a set of online workshops to define their version of gender-inclusive making and define gender-specific measures that were piloted in a next step. 

The gender-inclusive measures are analysed according to the 6 core values of Critical Making. This analytical lens helped to identify the commonalities and differences between the manifold approaches and also to critically reflect how these core values can guide activities in practical terms.
