CONSTITUTIONAL REFORM: MAIN ASPECTS OF ENSURING FREEDOM OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY

This article discusses important aspects of ensuring the freedom of economic activity during the implementation of constitutional reforms. During the analysis, the legal norms relating to economic activity in the constitution were considered, the opinions of economists in this direction were studied. Based on the analysis, the corresponding conclusions were drawn.
