Abstract

Leadership is considered as something that directly creates the motivated environment around the leader person. Leader is a person who easily could influence people in a needed for him way that will help him to achieve his pointed out goals. Leadership qualities needed in absolutely all specialties and types of activities that directly or indirectly have their followers and wards who, after a while, will also follow the path of a leader. The present study analyses the importance of leadership qualities in a field of teaching according to teachers of general educational schools.
