THE SIGNIFICANCE OF CHORAL ART IN UZBEKISTAN

Since 1982, the festivals of choirs, held every two years at the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan, are unique, at a high professional level, in 2 directions. Professional large choirs and small amateur choirs will take part in it and demonstrate their skills. Each festival has its own theme, performance programs are announced in advance or are associated with the birth of certain composers, and it is also stipulated that works of different genres and styles will be performed.
