The article examines the specific aspects of tourism development in developed and developing countries. In particular, it is based on the fact that the quality of service and forms of tourism provided in developed countries differ from the forms of tourism provided in developing countries. As a result of the conducted analysis, proposals were made on the directions of tourism development in Uzbekistan.
