D6.1. Consortium Agreement

The research contemplated herein has arisen under the auspices of the ERA-NET COFUND ICT-AGRI-FOOD hereinafter referred to as “ICT-AGRI-FOOD”, which is a network of ministries and funding organizations from European countries with the ambition to strengthen European research on digitization in the agri-food system. The Participants established, in reply to a call for proposals by ERA-NET COFUND ICT-AGRI-FOOD, a Project called: “Unlocking data-driven innovation for improving productivity and data sharing in mushroom value chain” hereinafter referred to as “Project”; And as this Project has been selected for funding; The Project Participants now wish to set the terms and conditions for the implementation of their Project, and their respective rights and obligations resulting there from, by means of this Agreement.
