Human rights are a set of rules that ensure the protection of the dignity and freedom of every individual. They form the basis of the constitutional right of the legal state, and embody the basis of the legal status of the individual and the basic rights. Ensuring human rights at a high level is one of the important foundations of building a democratic state. Therefore, Article 43 of our Constitution stipulates that the state must ensure the rights and freedoms of citizens, which are established in the Constitution and laws. This article details human rights and the work being done to ensure human rights. After all, human rights are the highest value.
