Description

This work is devoted to studying bioaerosols of micromycetes and pathogenic features found in the specific microclimate of residential buildings. It was revealed that the disputed bioaerosols of micromycetes prevalent in different purpose rooms realized in the range of 60-75% relative humidity from the chemical structure of household dust. Representatives of the genera Aspergillus and Penicillium are dominant in bioaerosol particles. We also found that the size of bioaerosol particles (d≥5.3 mm) and weight (1-12 mg) increased the sensitization activity and pathogenic properties
