Determination Of Specific RAPD Markers For Identification Of Chromosomes Of Wild Wheatgrass Thinopyrum Bessarabicum Having E b Genome

Wild plant Thinopyrum bessarabicum (J = Jb = Eb) Á. Löve, a very important genus close to the wheat genus Triticum L. Thinopyrum bessarabicum is a natural weed, which is able to complete its life cycle in the territories of the Black and Mediterranean Seas at 350 mM concentration of NaCl. Specific RAPD molecular markers were determined to identify 1Eb , 2Eb , 5Eb , 4Eb və 7Eb chromosomes of the E b genome. However, specific RAPD markers were not developed for the chromosomes 3 Eb and 6Eb . Therefore, the aim of the research was to determine the specific RAPD markers for 3Eb and 6Eb chromosomes of Eb genome of Thinopyrum bessarabicum
