HEAP Informatics Platform and Knowledge Engine. Public deliverable 6.1

This document provides a full view of the capabilities of the Knowledge Engine within the Human Exposome Assessment Platform (HEAP). This document describes the data management, data warehousing, data sharing and integration with the Information Common. It provides a encompassing description of the data analysis, feature store, machine learning and pipeline orchestration capabilities. The implementation presented here is coordinated within the Informatics platform and Knowledge Engine Work Package (WP 6) and its goal is to provide to users a comprehensive set of data analysis and machine learning tools together with easy, controlled access to the data stored in the Information Commons as well as the possibility to publish results back into the Information Commons.
