CGC: an open-source Python module for geospatial data clustering

The Clustering Geo-Data Cubes (CGC) package focuses on the needs of geospatial data scientists who require tools to make sense of multi-dimensional data cubes by performing co-cluster and tri-cluster analyses on both local and distributed systems. The package provides iterative co-clustering (2D) and tri-clustering (3D) algorithms with optional cluster refinement step, which can be run on a single workstation or on a computing cluster by using parallel and distributed computing capabilities of Dask.
