Simulated underwater glider sampling for Antarctic krill

This repository contains the data and code used to generate the model results discussed in 'Acoustic sampling of Antarctic krill with simulated underwater buoyancy gliders: does the sawtooth dive pattern work?' (Kinzey et al. (in review)). The results in the article were produced by simulating 500 replicate samples - the examples in the repository use only 6 replicates to reduce run time and output file sizes.
