Operação Nariz Vermelho: O processo de accountability para a sustentabilidade financeira

The Operação Nariz Vermelho (ONV) is a Private Institution of Social Solidarity for more than a decade. It is an innovative entity, where the main goal is to spread joy to hospitalized children, thus contributing to a less painful recovery.

The present study aims to analyze the accountability process of the ONV and how it complies with the principles of social responsibility, according to its mission, vision and objectives. In this study, it was possible to verify the importance of strategic planning based on principles of Social Responsibility. Also, the ONV gains more and more stakeholders and, consequently, is a more developed institution through transparent accountability report.
