Executive summary:
Atmospheric Chemistry Studies in the Oceanic Environment (ACSOE) is a 5-year Community Research Program to investigate the physico-chemical processes occurring in the atmosphere (the boundary layer and the free troposphere) over the oceans. The ACSOE Implementation Plan provides details of the means by which the experiments which constitute ACSOE will be carried out.
