ON MODERNIZATION OF THE PENITENTIARY SYSTEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS

In accordance with the Strategy of Action for the Further Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a comprehensive study of the legislative support for the reform of the penal enforcement system is being carried out, proposals are being substantiated and made to improve criminal and penal enforcement legislation, contributing to the improvement of legislation and the practice of its application in accordance with international standards.
