The article is devoted to current issues of consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities by internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It describes the basic principles of consideration appeals, types, forms and timing of consideration appeals. At the same time the special role of officers in appeals’ consideration is analyzed.
