Analysis results reported in "Learning consistent subcellular landmarks to quantify changes in multiplexed protein maps" (biorxiv) of 4i data. Analysis of this dataset was done with CAMPA, and all scripts to reproduce these results are available in the CAMPA reproducibility repository.
