Collaboration in Citizen Science Projects and Research Activities: Views and Practice

The presentation was given during the webinar "Collaboration and Participation Perspectives for Open Research in the Baltics: Researchers, Citizens, and Librarians as Partners" on October 25, 2022. The presentation discussed the results of the study on topic "The Transformative Role of University Libraries for Citizen Science and Open Science in the Baltics" implemented during the LibOCS project. In the presentation, talking about the methodology and results of the research, it is explained in what way residents and specialists of memory institutions are involved in research activities and Citizen science projects. The presentation also gives an idea of certain aspects of cooperation between researchers, amateur researchers and volunteers, as well as specialists of memory institutions.
