Pipistrellus anchietai (Seabra, 1900). J. Sei. Math. Phys. Nat. Lisboa, ser. 2, 6:26, 120.
TYPE LOCALITY: Angola, Cahata.
DISTRIBUTION: Angola, S Zaire, Zambia.
COMMENTS: Subgenus Hypsugo. The oldest name for this species may be bicolor; see Koopman (1975:404).
