Myonycteris torquata

Description

Myonycteris torquata (Dobson, 1878). Cat. Chiroptera Brit. Mus., p. 71, 76.

TYPE LOCALITY: N Angola.

DISTRIBUTION: Sierra Leone to Uganda, south to Angola and Zambia; Bioko.

SYNONYMS: leptodon, wroughtoni.

COMMENTS: Subgenus Myonycteris. Includes leptodon and wroughtoni; see Hayman and Hill (1971).
