TYPE LOCALITY: "Antarctic ocean", restricted by Barrett-Hamilton (1902) to "pack ice, north of Ross Sea 68°S, 176°E ".
DISTRIBUTION: Circumpolar, Antarctic pack ice, particularly King Haakon VII Sea.
