Enabling Programmable Multiband High-Capacity Optical Transceivers

Description
Multiband (MB) transmission is experimentally assessed up to 50.47 km of standard single mode fiber (SSMF), by the adoption of programmable MB (sliceable) bandwidth/bitrate variable transceivers, paving the basis to provide suitable network flexibility and capacity scaling. © 2022 IEICE.
