In modern sports, the problem of rehabilitation is as important as the training itself, because it is not possible to achieve high results only by increasing the volume and intensity of loads. In this regard, methods of recovery and elimination of fatigue in athletes are of great importance. In this article, materials on body recovery after exercise are collected and summarized.
