This directory contains the data necessary to reproduce the manuscript "Interpretable and tractable models of transcriptional noise for the rational design of single-molecule quantification experiments".
The file gvfp_raw_loom.tar.gz contains all of the raw loom files generated from AIBS neuron data by kallisto|bustools.
