Description

A sustainable transmitter enabling multi Tb/s capacity is designed and realized in a silicon photonics platform exploiting the benefits of InP VCSEL sources in terms of cost, power consumption and footprint. 40 VCSELs covering the C band integrated together in a single module achieve 2 Tb/s transmission rate thanks to DMT modulation format. © VDE VERLAG GMBH · Berlin · Offenbach.
