Innovative Nature and Prospects for the Development of Criminal Enforcement Law in Correctional Labor Proceedings

The juridical nature of procedural (antidelictal, legal) juridical science and the name of Correctional Labor Proceedings and Executive Judicial Proceedings of Ukraine, as well as any other country in the world outlined. These juridical sciences should replace the existing Criminal Enforcement Law and all other enforcement procedures for all other types of proceedings: constitutional, administrative, labor, de-facto property-contractual (civil) and de-jure property-contractual (arbitration, economic, economic).

It is emphasized, that the innovative classification of juridical sciences in the context of their basic main hypergroup tasks and additionally law-making, law enforcement and antidelictal activities presupposes the presence or appearance in the future of a number of enforcement proceedings. All these enforcement proceedings, in fact, are part of the relevant existing or future procedural codes in the context of overcoming the relevant types of offenses : the criminal offenses - the Code of Anticriminal Proceedings of Ukraine, an administrative offenses - the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine, the disciplinary offenses - the Code of Labor Proceedings of Ukraine, the de-facto property-contractual offenses - the Code of De-facto property-contractual Proceedings of Ukraine, the de-jure property-contractual offenses - the Code of De-jure property-contractual Proceedings of Ukraine.

In fact, these circumstances necessitate a radical reform of Criminal Enforcement Law and Code into procedural (anti-tort, legal) jurisprudence «Correctional Labor Proceedings» and the Code of Correctional Labor Procedure, and all existing other named enforcement proceedings in procedural (antidelictal, legal) juridical science «Executive Judicial Proceedings» and the Code of Executive Judicial Proceedings, which determine the innovative juridical nature and fundamentally new principles of these juridical sciences and their scientific result - the relevant Codes.
