Currently, we can say that there is a set of international legal documents in this field as the international legal basis of telemedicine services, and in them there are universally recognized rights of people to life and health, to receive medical care guaranteed by democratic countries, to maintain health and well-being, the role of telemedicine in this article considered in connection with examples of law-making.
