Multiplexed direct detection of barcoded protein reporters on a nanopore array

This is the train/test nanopore data for NanoporeTER classification directly from nanopore raw signal data (see Cardozo et al. Multiplexed direct detection of barcoded protein reporters on a nanopore array. Nat Biotechnol. 2022 Jan;40(1):42-46)

Each row in the file "Y00_Y08_set1set2set3_MinIONNoise_LBNoise_EcoliNoise_raw20000_05132019.npy" is an extracted NanoporeTER capture event (or "read") of ~2000 observations in length. The file named "Y00_Y08_set1set2set3_MinIONNoise_LBNoise_EcoliNoise_raw20000_05132019_classes.npy" contains the labels associated with each of the rows of the "Y00_Y08_set1set2set3_MinIONNoise_LBNoise_EcoliNoise_raw20000_05132019.npy" file.
