TYPE LOCALITY: U.S. S. R., Sakhalin Obi., 17 mi. (27 km) N.W. Korsakov.
DISTRIBUTION: Ussuri region and Sakhalin Isl. (U.S. S. R.); N.E. China.
COMMENT: Corbet, 1978:149, included caudata in concolor, but see Sokolov et al., 1980:38, for evidence of specific distinctness.
