DETERMINATION OF APHID RESISTANCE GENES IN LOCAL BREAD WHEAT (TRITICUM AESTIVUM L.) VARIETIES OF UZBEKISTAN USING DNA MARKERS

In this paper, we report the determination of genetic polymorphisms between 30 bread wheat varieties commonly cultivated in Uzbekistan using six SSR markers. All SSR markers were associated with Russian wheat aphid (Diuraphis noxia) resistance genes (Dn) such as Dn1, Dn2, Dn4, Dn5, Dn6, Dn8, Dn9, Dnx and Dn626580.
