CORRELATION BETWEEN TIME MANAGEMENT AND SELF ACTUALIZATION AMONG B.ED. STUDENTS

The aim of this research paper was to determine the correlation between Time
Management and Self Actualization of B.Ed.students. Time Management is the
process of planning and exercising conscious control over the amount of time spent
on specific activities especially to increase effectiveness and productivity. Self
Actualization reflects the intrinsic belief in the self .i.e. the overall opinion and value
of a person .Description survey method was adopted in this study. This study
revealed that the B.Ed.students is having a high level of Time management and self
actualization. As this study proves, there is a significant correlation between Time
management and self actualization
