Biosurfer data files for analysis

This repository contains data used for running Biosurfer, a tool to surf the biological network, from genome to transcriptome to proteome and back to gain insights into human disease biology.

Hybrid analysis, a pipeline of Biosurfer was performed using the following data that has a gene annotation files (GTF), a reference sequences (genome, transcriptome), and a protein feature files (e.g., Pfam mappings).

1. The first zip file (biosurfer_gencode_toy_data.zip) is a small subset of the GENCODE Human version 38 for the purpose of trial run and testing.
2. The second zip file (biosurfer_gencode_v41_data.zip) contains GENCODE Human version 41.
3. The third zip file (biosurfer_wtc11_data.zip) contain karyotypically normal human stem cell line data (WTC11).
