Description
Supplement 1. 2022 Intergenic Sequence Ribotype (ISR) database for screening serotype of Salmonella enterica subspecies I. To generate a plain text FASTA formatted file for uploading to bioinformatics software or the NCBI BLAST function, copy and paste PDF information into WORD using the "save text only" option. Save the WORD file as plain text. FASTA format requires the ">" before each title of each sequence. Numbers associated with sequences will filter out. There are 268 sequences.
