Evaluation of Second Implementation of Pilot Courses

Between October 2021 and July 2022, the DocEnhance consortium put in place the second implementation of itsthree transferable skills pilot courses (Supervision, Data Stewardship, and Career Management and Entrepreneurship) within already existing PhD programmes at several experienced partner universities.

Each course was piloted for proof-of-concept by selected partner universities, chosen with the objective of maximizing diversity concerning cultural differences and the developmental stage of their PhD programmes, in order to assess the applicability of the concept across Europe.

After each pilot course, participants and organisers were invited to complete a brief questionnaire on different aspects of the courses and to provide comments or suggestions for further development and improvement.
