Description

Cyanoacrylates form a highly reactive class of adhesives that develop significant bond strength to surfaces within seconds. This can lead to problems when bonding large surfaces and subsequently readjusting components.
The aim of this work is to investigate whether the curing process can be specifically influenced and what influence the ambient atmosphere has on the strength and fracture behavior.
