These data were used in "The ancestral origin of the critically endangered Quadricorna sheep as revealed by genome-wide analysis" by Senczuk et al.

ARSIAL.ped and ARSIAL.map contains genotypes information (64.734 SNPs) of 47 individuals of the Quadricorna breed in Plink ped format.
