D3.1 - ePLANET platform specifications

The ePLANET project is a Coordination and Support Action cofounded by the European Commission through Horizon 2020. The ePLANET aims to deploy new clustering governance for an energy transition based on a digital framework to share harmonised information, facilitating the adoption of coordinated energy transition actions by the European public sector.

This document is the first of four within the WP3: Digitalization. It presents the ePLANET platform specifications. In addition, this document explains the technical and non-technical requirements that constrained the platform, which analytical outputs are expected and how they will be presented in all the ePLANET federated platform modules.
