Figure 3 in High-level taxonomic splitting in allopatric taxa causes confusion downstream: a revision of the nudibranch family Сoryphellidae

Description

Figure 3. COI haplotype networks of trans-Arctic species within the family Coryphellidae produced with TCS method in PopART. A, Coryphella verrucosa. Red stars indicate haplotypes comprising the type specimens of Coryphella pseudoverrucosa. Blue stars indicate haplotypes comprising 'verrucosa' form of Coryphella verrucosa. The rest of the haplotypes are represented only by specimens of the 'rufibranchialis' morphotype. B, Coryphella amabilis and Coryphella gracilis (former genus Microchlamylla). C, Coryphella nobilis and Coryphella sanamyanae (former genus Borealea). Colours of circles refer to the geographic origin of each haplotype. The relative size of circles is proportional to the number of sequences of that same haplotype. Coloured background indicates the initial species hypothesis. H.A, H.B and H.C. refer to Haplogroup A, Haplogroup B and Haplogroup C, respectively.
