Description

The goal is to study and evaluate the readiness of kurash athletes for the selection and improvement of sportsmanship. Materials and methods: According to the questionnaire, the questionnaire studied age, weight, experience in this sport, total experience in sports activities, qualifications of an athlete, the period of its receipt, participation in competitions of various scales; determined the type of physique, according to the method of P.N. Bashkirov; somatotype - depending on the physique. Quetelet index and life index were determined, physical performance was studied on the basis of the Harvard step test. Results. The terms for obtaining qualifications on the part of wrestlers are revealed, on the basis of which the athletes are divided into groups depending on the terms of training before reaching the MS qualification. The rapid growth of sportsmen's skill correlated with high physical fitness and activity, while wrestlers with average physical activity and training were distinguished by low rates of sportsmanship growth. Rapidly trained athletes had high rates of performance and functional state of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems, in comparison with a group of slowly trained athletes. According to the terms from the moment of the beginning of sports activities to the achievement of the CCM qualification, kurash wrestlers spend from 4 to 8 years, and the MS 6-10 years. Сonclusions. Differences are revealed on the basis of which kurash wrestlers can be divided into - fast and slow trainees, which is due to various morphological and functional indicators that need to be studied in order to determine and highlight the most important ones, which will allow the selection of athletes into groups, individualize the training process to perform the main tasks for achievement of high sports results.
