FEATURES OF THE PREPARATORY PART OF THE TRIAL IN CASES OF JUVENILE DELINQUENCY

This article is devoted to specific issues related to the participation of a representative of the interdepartmental commission on juvenile affairs in the preparatory part of the juvenile trial. The procedural status of the representative of the commission and issues related to participation in the investigation of the living conditions and upbringing of the defendant during the trial are described. The position and role of the representative of the commission was analyzed and scientifically substantiated proposals were made when considering this category of cases.
