MODERN ASPECTS OF ABDOMINAL DELIVERY (Literature review)
Description
Caesarean section (CS) is one of the most common operations in the world, the frequency of which does not tend to decrease. The increase in the frequency of cesarean sections caused a "domino effect", when every second operation is a consequence of the previous one, and women with a scar on the uterus are growing in the population. Abdominal childbirth rightfully occupies an important place, as it provides a positive outcome for both the mother and the child with a number of severe obstetric complications and extragenital diseases. However, despite the fact that many aspects of cesarean section have been solved, the problem of increasing the number of these operations and, as a result, the problem of the "operated uterus" remains relevant.
