Psylla japonica Kuwayama, 1955: 1.

Cacopsylla japonica; Inoue, 2010: 347.

Cacopsylla (Megapteripsylla) japonica; Kwon & Kwon, 2020: 123.

Distribution in Korea. GW (Kwon & Kwon 2020, as Cacopsylla (Megapteripsylla) japonica).

Host plant. Acer caudatum subsp. ukurundense (Trautv. & C.A.Mey.) E.Murray (Kwon & Kwon 2020).

Comments. Cacopsylla verticillida Li & Yang, 1989 from China (Shaanxi) is probably a junior synonym of C. japonica.
