Description

Mitogenomic capture of Non-human Primates from invertebrate derived DNA using hybridisation capture. 

Files are in fastq format and sequenced with illumina Mi-Seq using the Mi-Seq Reagent Kit v3 (2 x 250bp; illumina) .
