propeller paper: software, scripts and datasets

This zenodo deposit contains v0.99.0 of the speckle R package, a zipped folder of the analysis and simulation scripts and the different single cell datasets used in evaluating propeller.

The paper has been accepted for publication in Bioinformatics.

We aim to submit the speckle package to Bioconductor in the near future.
