INTER-DEPARTMENT RELATIONS AND ITS ROLE IN TEACHING SEMICONDUCTOR PHYSICS

This article reviewed the attention paid to the educational process in Uzbekistan, changes in the field of education and the challenges we face to achieve the effectiveness of the lesson in the educational process, and indicated their implementation on the example of teaching semiconductor physics based on interdisciplinary communication.
