Current Status Study on Adaptability of Teacher Trainees

A person tries to change the surrounding situation to fulfill his needs and tries to create a good relationship with the situation by adapting to the environment.  Considering 75% of teacher trainees, some trainees have come to Pune from other districts for B.Ed training, they have to face many problems while adjusting to the situation.  Staying in a hostel, eating out, the environment of Pune is not easy to adapt to and that is what causes stress and adjustment problems.  Mental health is one of the components of the broad concept of health.  It is concerned with an optimum level of emotional and behavioral adjustment of the individual
